Start small and dream big
Today I have been learning about pursuing dreams & goals by doing this summer learning activity. I had to create a poster that had my 6 things that I brainstormed to find support. But I had to ask one of my family members what they want to be in the future. I asked my cousin and he said he wanted to be an astronaut - I also wanted to be one, too but I switched to an astrologer.
I really enjoyed creating the poster and talking to my cousin. Well, we did kind of go off topic and continuously talked for an hour or two.
I found it challenging to think of some ideas for support because it can be a little bit challenging to find support from a familiar person or place.
Next time I would change my brainstorming ideas for my next activity.
My blog shows that I am a smart blogger.
Here is my work:

Thank you for your positive, thoughtful, helpful comments.
Positive - something done well
Thoughtful - a sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what they had to say
Helpful - give some ideas for next time or ask a question you want to know more about

Hello again Ruby-Rhain
ReplyDeleteThis is Charlotte from the Summer Learning Journey, it is very cool to see you continuing to be a part of our Summer Learning Journey program!
An astronaut would be such a cool job, and I think that your brainstorm on how you can support your cousin to achieve this goal is very good and well thought through!
I like that you included family and friends in your brainstorm, your cousin will definitely appreciate that you and your family are their to support your cousins dreams.
If you were an astronaut, which planet would you want to go to most?
Thanks
Charlotte
Kia ora Charlotte,
ReplyDeletethank you for commenting on my blog. If I were an astronaut, I would most likely travel deeper into space rather than in our solar system. But since you said, I would travel to Venus - if we had the technology.
What planet would you travel to?
Thank you for asking your question!
Yours sincerely,
Ruby-Rhain
Kia Ora Ruby-Rhain,
DeleteTravelling into deeper space would be very cool and we would be able to learn so much more about space! If I could choose any planet to travel to - it would be Saturn, I think that the rings around this planet would be very interesting to learn about.
What interests you about space the most?

Kia ora Charlotte,
DeleteThe thing that interests me the most is the theories that lie upon the NASA organization. There are few that I intrigue me like how there are voids in some galaxies that eat planets one by one every year.
Thank you for commenting
Yours sincerely,
